Here at The Scotsman we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced and hardworking hotel receptionist to join our expanding team.
As a member of our reception team, your primary focus will be to ensure that each of our guests receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes; you will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption. You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest inquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.
You will be required to work shift work which will include evening and weekend work.
You will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service and importantly have a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.
